The Kenwood Inn is a unique property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. We recognize plans may change; because we are a small bed and breakfast, it is necessary to have a cancellation policy that is similar to comparable lodging facilities. It is our intent to be fair to our guests but also to act in a businesslike manner.

Cancellations via email are not accepted.

In order to cancel your reservation, you must call at least 7 days prior to arrival (14 days during for reservations during holiday periods or when 3 or more rooms or 4 or more nights are reserved). A refund will be issued, minus a $50 cancellation that will be applied as credit towards a future reservation of equal value.

In the event that you must cancel with less notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made; otherwise, you will be responsible for the entire balance.

We request a 2-night stay on weekends and a 3-night stay during some holiday periods and weekends. Please call if you need an exception to this policy. By reserving with us, you consent to these policies.

Wedding and group blocks have different cancellation policies. Please refer to your host for those cancellation guidelines.
