The Kenwood Inn - St. Augustine, Florida Bed and Breakfast Inn

The following are our guest rooms at the Kenwood Inn. We offer fourteen rooms and suites, each one individually decorated, all with private baths.All rooms have televisions, none have telephones. Rates are based on double occupancy and are quoted MIDWEEK/WEEKENDS. Single and corporate rates are available midweek. Approved and inspected by Mobile, Superior Small Lodgings and Florida Bed and Breakfast Inns. Rates are subject to change. Each room will increase by $15.00 mid-week during the peak season months of February, March and April.

The Colonial Room

Located on the first floor, this large room features a four poster, double sized, canopy bed. It has a full private bath with an antique clawfooted bathtub including shower. Bubble bath and candles are our special touches. This room overlooks the courtyard and swimming pool.

Rate is $105.00/$155.00.

The Olde English Room

Rich shades of hunter green and cranberry compliment this spacious, first floor,one room suite with king sized bed. The full private bath features a clawfooted bathtub including shower. One of the special features to this room is the sitting area in front of the decorative fireplace with its pair of comfortable and classic wing chairs.
This room is equipped with a television.

The Country French Room

One of the original bedrooms in the house, this spacious, second floor, one room suite with king sized bed is decorated in warm shades of burgundy. The bathroom features a clawfooted bathtub including shower. The two love seats on either side of the decorative fireplace makes a cozy sitting area for reading, relaxing or watching television.

The Blue Porcelain Room

This large one room suite with a King sized sleigh bed is also one of the original bedrooms in the house and is located on the second floor. The sitting area in front of the decorative fireplace has two comfortable swivel rocking chairs. The bathroom has a large tile shower. An extra special feature to the room is its access to the upstairs wrap- around porch, complete with rocking chairs and hammock.

Rate for 2 is $150.00/$215.00.

Lavenders Room

Tucked away in a side wing of the house you'll find this sun filled room. On the second floor, this room has a queen sized canopy bed. The compact bath is equipped with a tile shower. One of the features to this room is the view of the courtyard on one side and the pool on the other, as well as the privacy.

Rate is $105.00/$155.00.

The Country Suite

Adorned with handmade quilts and country/shaker memorabilia, this second floor, two room suite has a queen sized bed in the bedroom, and a separate sitting room. Next to the sitting room is a large bath with a tile shower. The special feature of this suite is its quiet location on the courtyard side of the house, and the view. A television is in the bedroom.

The Captain's Suite

On the courtyard side of the house situated at the end of the hall, this spacious, one room, second floor suite with king sized bed offers a view of the courtyard and Koi pond, as well as a sitting area with a couch and ships desk. The bath has a large walk in tile shower. The mahogany armoire at the foot of the bed is equipped with a television.

The Yellow Room

Located on the second floor, this Cozy room is decorated with shades of yellow and pink and displays one of Ralph Lauren designs. This quaint room has an elaborate antique double sized bed. The bath is very compact with a shower and would not be comfortable for the large person. One of the best features to this room is it's access to the upstairs wraparound porch complete with rockers and a hammock.

The Country Victorian Room

This second floor room is one of the prettiest of our rooms with it's shades of pinks and mauve. Lace accents makes this room very feminine. The two wing chairs creates a comfortable sitting or reading area. The queen sized bed has an antique oak frame with matching dresser and tables. The bath is all tiled in with tub and shower.

The Brass Room

This is one of our coziest rooms and features a double sized antique brass bed. The room is on the second floor and is done is shades of blue and yellow. It has a tiled in bath with a tub and shower.

The Classic Rose Room

This large room is located on the second floor and features two double antique white iron beds and white wicker furniture. There are two comfortable chairs for sitting or reading. This room is decorated in shades of cool mint green and pinks with a rose theme. The bath is all tiled in with tub and shower. This is one of our family rooms or a great room for guest requiring separate beds.

The Special Occasion Suite

This three room water view suite is located on the entire third floor. The rooms consist of a bedroom with a queen sized four poster antique bed with a sitting room adjacent to it, a separate living room with an overstuffed couch and love seat and a non-cooking kitchen with a small
refrigerator and coffee maker. On the weekends a breakfast basket is delivered to the suite and there’s a daily bottle of wine. The bath has an old fashioned clawfooted bathtub with a hand held shower attachment, there is not standing shower. Candles and bubble bath make this a romantic bathroom. Also known as the Bridal Suite this is the most spacious and private of all
our rooms and suites. It offers a waterview from the bedroom and living room and has a private waterview balcony.

Caitlins Room

This Unique room is actually two small rooms, each with a double four poster bed and a private bath. Located on the first floor on the courtyard side of the house this room is decorated in a floral design in shades of pink and rose. This is the perfect room for families or guest requiring separate beds. Because there isn't a door between these two rooms there would not be any privacy for two couples sharing room.

Rate is $140.00/$195.00 for two.
Additional guests $20.00 each

The Green Room

An antique queen sized four poster bed is featured in this first floor room which also has a sitting room with two wicker wing chairs. The room is done in shades of green and boasts a Ralph Lauren Forest glade pattern. This use to be two small guest rooms but now is one spacious room with a his and her baths with showers.
